The EntreMWB project team has developed a series of short courses or 'toolkits' which aim to help entrepreneurs find balance in their work and life and take steps to postively impact their Mental Well-Being. The team conducted a large-scale survey among entrepreneurs and focus groups to understand the needs and wants of entrepreneurs and the tools they employed to help them maintain balance. So our Toolkits were driven by real life experiences of entrepreneurs and provide an insight into the theories, the strategies and practical expercises that can be used in everyday life to mitigate and prevent burnout.
We understand that the entrepreneurs lifestyle is busy therefore our toolkits have been designed deliberately short and non linear so that Entrepreneurs and students can take what they need from the courses in a way and time that suits thier lifestyle.
